Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, booking reservations, or joining our Loyalty rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or services.

2. Online Ordering & Payments

We offer online food ordering for pickup and delivery:

• Prices: All menu prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
• Minimum Order: Delivery orders require a minimum order subtotal of $15.00 before tax.
• Secure Payment: Online payments are processed securely through the Square API. You must provide valid credit/debit card information. Digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
• Delivery Restrictions: We deliver within a designated 5 km radius zone from our Waterloo plaza restaurant. Orders placed to addresses outside our delivery zone will be flagged, and the customer must select pickup instead.

3. Order Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications

Because our dishes are prepared fresh to order:

• Cancellations: You can request to cancel or modify your order by calling our restaurant directly at our phone number. Requests must be received within 5 minutes of placing your order online. Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Refunds: Refunds for incorrect or unsatisfactory food items are assessed case-by-case. Please inspect your delivery/pickup package upon receipt and contact us immediately with any quality issues.

4. Table Reservations

Table reservations made through our online booking form are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled arrival time. If your party is running late or needs to change the guest count, please call the restaurant directly. We reserve the right to cancel or reallocate tables for late arrivals.

5. Loyalty Rewards Program

Our loyalty rewards program allows members to earn 1 point per menu item ordered. Points can be redeemed for checkout discounts at the rate defined in our restaurant settings. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can be modified or terminated by us at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

All content, images, graphics, logos, menu titles, and code files on this website are the property of Tandoori Zaika Waterloo and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the **Province of Ontario** and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising from your use of the website or services must be resolved in courts located in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.
